PURPOSE:To improve a thermal efficiency and mak a small-sized facility by a method wherein a window pane and a solar heat shielding means are arranged through a closing clearance, the air heated by the solar heat in the closed clearance is discharged out of the room by the fan of a heat pump during the summer season and supplied to the heat pump during the winter season. CONSTITUTION:A closed clearance 9a between a window pane W and a solar heat shielding means 10 such a brind or the like is heated by a solar heat. The heated air is passed from a discharging port 11 to a discharging pipe 11a. During the summer season, the hot air in the discharging pipe 11a is passed through a motor damper 15 and then discharged out of the room 12 by the outdoor fan 6. At this time, the heat pump unit 1 is kept at its cooling condition and the outdoor fan 6 may act as a fan for an outdoor heat exchanger 3. During the winter season, the hot air in the discharging pipe 11a heats the outdoor heat exchanger 3 through a damper 16 and applies a heat to the heat pump unit for operating to apply heat. |
