PURPOSE:To primarily determine the respective timing of ribbon feed, vertical operation of ribbon and print striking operation by using each cam and gear mounted on the same shaft an driven by a single piece of motor under rotary control by a single piece of magnet. CONSTITUTION:A pinion gear 2 directly connected to DC motor 1 is fitted to a clutch gear 4 pressed into a shaft 5 through a driven gear 3, and an eccentric cam for ribbon feed 5 and an eccentric cam 6 for vertical operation are pressed into the shaft 5. If a short current pulse is given to a magnet 22, an armature 18 is sucked, resulting in the rotation of the shaft 5 by a spring 33 and the feeding of a ribbon by cam at a fixed timing. The cam 9 also rotates, moving the ribbon vertically at a prearranged timing. If a drive gear 11 rotates, a hammer lever 12 is caused to turn through a drive cam 34 thus actuating print striking operation. |
