摘要 PURPOSE:To perform stable operation of a blast furnace by estimating exactly the temp. distribution in the combustion zone of tuyeres. CONSTITUTION:The gas in a blast furnace is sampled through the tuyere of the furnace and the compsn. of optional two components among O2, CO and CO2 and H2 is measured. The temp. T1 of combustion gas is calculated from the equation I by using the measured value and blasting conditions consisting of a blast flow rate Vb' blast temp. Ta' blast humidity Mb' and the blowing rate Wa and blowing temp. ta of auxiliary fuel. One or plurality of the above-described charging conditions are adjusted so that the distribution in the furnace diametral direction of the combustion temp. coincides with the preset temp. distribution.
