PURPOSE:To stably make exhaust gas of a cell proper hydrogen pole burn by a reformer by measuring an output of a cell for using it as a control signal for controlling a combustion air amount of exhaust gas of the cell proper hydrogen pole. CONSTITUTION:An output current amount of a fuel cell proper 1 is detected by a current detector 10 while converting it into a combustion air flow rate required for combustion of the corresponding exhaust gas (c). Further, in order that air corresponding to said air flow rate may actually be supplied to a burner 7, deviation of an output of a function generator 14 from a real flow rate to be obtained from a air flow detector 12 is calculated with an operator 15 while basing thereon, PID compensation operations are performed with a PID controller 16 for opening and closing a valve 11 by said output. Thereby, air of the amount corresponding to the ratio of hydrogen and methane of exhaust gas (c) to be supplied to a hydrogen burner 4 is always supplied to the burner 7 for performing stable combustion of the hydrogen burner 4. |
