ELECTROSTATIC BLOWING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To thoroughly eliminate dusts by combining electrostatic blow nozzle and vent duct and making them move circularly or straightly as one body. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of an electrostatic blow unit 89 which is a combination of a vent duct 88 and an electrostatic blow nozzle 87 which blows ionized air onto a disc 1, a rotation drive unit 90 which rotates the electrostatic blow unit 87 over the disc 1, and a shutter 91 which covers a palette 4 and the electrostatic blow unit 89. The electrostatic blow unit 89 is connected to the rotation drive unit through an adjuster 93, and the distance from the disc 1 and the angle against the disc 1 is adjusted by this adjuster 93.
