PURPOSE:To attain simple cleaning of a floppy disc drive head by using the head to press and crush many microcapsules including a cleaning liquid therein and exposing the cleaning liquid on a face of a cleaning sheet. CONSTITUTION:Many microcapsules 14 including a cleaning liquid are bonded and arranged on the entire face or a part of both faces of the cleaning sheet 11 with intervals. In cleaning a head of the device using a hard case type floppy disc, a case 1 is inserted to a head similarly as the floppy disc. Then a shutter 7 is moved to match its opening window 8 to the head 6 and a drive mechanism of the device turns the cleaning sheet 11 and the head is in slide contact with both faces of the cleaning sheet 11 to press and crush many microcapsule 14, the cleaning liquid is exposed on both the sides and the head is cleaned by using the cleaning liquid. Thus, the drive head is cleaned simply in this way.
