PURPOSE:To produce large power by arranging a turbine generator in the way of conduit communicating between a water source and a rotary discharge pipe then executing suction/discharge through centrifugal force produced in rotary discharge pipe and functioning the negative pressure onto a turbine generator. CONSTITUTION:When generating power, a pump 3 is first driven to inject water into a storage tank 15. Then water is injected through valves 22, 23 which are under open condition into a doughnut-type storage tank 1 upto the level (a). Thereafter, said valves 22, 23 are closed to inject water into said tank 15 upto the level (b) then the valve 22 is opened again. The water in said tank 15 will flow through a conduit 14 into a rotary discharge pipe 4. At the same time, a motor 11 is driven to rotate said pipe 4 to discharge water centrifugally through discharge ports 5B, 5C thus to produce negative pressure at the take-in port 5A. Then the valve 23 is opened while the valve 22 is closed to supply water from the storage tank 1 thus to produce water flow through the conduit 14 which is utilized for driving a turbine generator 20. |
