<p>PURPOSE:To prevent short-circuiting and thereby enhance reliability in the maintenance of a small-sized coil by fixing terminals to one end flange of a drum-type core, connecting coil leads to the terminals, bending the connections roughly at right angles along the side surface of the coil and fixing two semicircular pieces of magnetic alloy material onto the side wall of the coil. CONSTITUTION:Two terminals 4, 5 are firmly fixed to the outer surface of one flange of a drum-type core 1. After coil leads 6a, 6b which start and finish winding of a coil 6 around the core 1 have been wound around and soldered to the lead connections 4c, 5c of the terminals 4, 5 respectively, the lead connections 4c, 5c are bent at right angles along the side surface of the coil 6. Finally this side surface of the coil layer is fitted with two semicircular pieces of magnetic alloy material 2, 3, the cutted parts 2a, 3a of which are placed at the positions that surround the extruded terminal outputs 4a, 5a and the gaps 9, 10 are placed to interpose the lead connections 4c, 5c bent towards the soil. The connections 4c, 5c are coated and fixed in this state with an adhesive.</p> |
