<p>PURPOSE:To make a vertical dislocation of a core, a position and a length dispersion of a spring pin small by shutting a bottom of an insulating case with a bottom plate adjoining the core and by engaging a pin of an end of the spring pin coupling with the cores in a ring form. CONSTITUTION:A transformer body 3 made of a low pressure coil 1 and a high pressure coil 2 is accommodated in an insulating case 4 whose bottom is opened. A pair of U-shaped core core 7 are put together and arranged into a ring form in order that a part of 7 penetrates the transformer body 3 and the other parts are exposed to an outer portion from the insulating case 4. After these cores 7 are coupled by a spring 8, and the bottom of the insulating case 4 is closed by a bottom plate 6 which is penetrated by a pin terminal 5 of the transformer body 3 and contacts the core 7 and regulates a movement in a vertical direction of the core 7, and a pin 11 of an end of said spring 8 is adjoined to this bottom plate 6, the movement in a horizontal direction of the core 7 is regulated. Therefore, even through a thermal deformation in which the low pressure coil 1 deforms the insulating case 4 accommodated by a dispersion of soldering work is generated, the core 7 is maintained in a predetermined position.</p> |
