PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering in capacity due to the falling of dust and danger such as a fire, by making it possible to take out an air permeable opposed electrode, to which collected dust was adhered in a needle form, at the take-out part of the air permeable opposed electrode without scraping off the collected dust. CONSTITUTION:To the front stage of an ionic wind generation part constituted by arranging ionization electrodes 1, opposed electrodes 2 and dust collection electrodes 3, front stage ionization electrodes 4 are separately arranged and air permeable opposed electrodes 5 are arranged in the vicinity of the suction port of a case 7 so as to be opposed to the ionization electrodes 4 to form an electrostatic prefilter. In this case, the take-out port of the air permeable opposed electrodes 5 provided to the side wall of the case 7 are formed so as to be largely opened in the side of the ionization electrodes 4 except the part 9 where the support part comprising the edge parts of said electrodes 5 passes. As a result, the air permeable opposed electrodes 5 are taken out from the take-out port 6 without scraping off coarse dust adhered in a needle form and can be cleaned.
