PURPOSE:To attain the titled circuit operated by a low power voltage and to extract easily an output current by feeding back an output of the 3rd transistor (TR) poled oppositely to the 1st and 2nd TRs of a current mirror circuit to the 2nd TR and extracting the output current from the 4th TR. CONSTITUTION:An emitter of a TR Q11 is connected to a power line 15 to which a power voltage Vcc is applied via a resistor R11, and the collector is connected to common via a constant current power source 16. A base of the TR Q11 is connected to a base of other PNP TR Q12. a circuit comprising the TRs Q11, Q12, resistors R11, R12 and constant current sources 16,17 constitutes a current mirror circuit 18, and an input current Iin is fed to the emitter of the TR Q11. Further, the collector of the TR Q12 is connected in common to the base of NPN TRs Q13, Q14, a circuit comprising the TRs Q13, Q14 constitutes an output circuit 19, and an output current Ipout is extracted from the collector of the TR Q14.
