PURPOSE:To dispense with the adjustment of the gap between an armature and a core and to prevent the generation of a cleavage in the adhesive layer between an armature stopper and a yoke, by a method wherein the receiving surface for supporting the armature is formed to the yoke and cores for holding a coil are radially arranged in an outer peripheral side while the receiving surface is flushed with the suction surfaces of the cores and the contact surface of the armature stopper with the armature is located at a constant position with respect to the receiving surface and the suction surface and the armature stopper is adhered to the inner peripheral surface of an opening. CONSTITUTION:A suction surface 20 is positioned so as to be flushed with a receiving surface 17 and an armature stopper 21 is also positioned in the side of the receiving surface 17. Therefore, the principal irregularity of a gap is caused only by the position of the contact surface 25 of the armature stopper 21 with the suction surface 20 and the receiving surface 17 and said position is also easily determined by a jig. A soft material 23 absorbing the vibration of an armature 6 at a return time is also small in a volume and reduced in dimensional change to heat. By this mechanism, the adjustment of a gap is dispensed with and the cleavage due to thermal expansion is not generated in an adhesive layer by the elastic deformation of the soft material 23. |
