PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of the titled lead wire as well as to obtain the excellent insulating performance for said lead wire by a method wherein the insulating covering for curved parts of a lead wire is formed of an insulating paper to be wound around a conductor and an insulating barrier in a shape conforming to the external form of the curved parts. CONSTITUTION:An insulating paper is wound on the curved part of the conductor 8a of a lead wire 8, and an insulating covering 8b is provided thereon. Besides, the outside diameter side having a higher electric field is covered with an insulating barrier 12 of measurements which are made to be suitable for the curvature of the outside diameter side only of the curved part of the lead wire 8. As a result, oil particles are fractionized on the surface of the insulating film 8b, and the strength of breakdown field can be increased. With the insulation of this construction, the thickness of the insulating film can be reduced remarkably, because it is based on the inner side which has a low electric field. Also, a bending work can be performed freely in a simple manner in accordance with the radius of curvature, and the lead wire can be manufactured easily at low cost. |
