PRODUCING PROCESS OF STAINED GLASS

PURPOSE:To mass-produce inexpensively stained glass by using a laser processing machine which is controlled with a preliminarily preset computer program, cutting a glass plate in the required shapes and using the metallic connecting cleats to assemble them. CONSTITUTION:The following design for the computer input is prepared by which many glass pieces having the optional shapes are arranged in the prescribed positions. Then the shapes of respective glass pieces of the design are inputted to a computer and output as the computer program by which a computer numerical control processing machine is controlled. A glass plate 41 is cut in the shapes of the perliminarily prepared design by a gaseous carbon dioxide laser processing machine which has an operation control part 42 performing the control in accordance with this program. Successively the aimed stained glass is obtained by using the connecting cleats made of metal to assemble the cut glass pieces.
