PURPOSE:To facilitate easy check for replacement of data by securing such a system where a controller receives a command for replacement performs once the replacement of data within a memory and then replaces the data within a file device after confirming the normal end of said replacement of data. CONSTITUTION:Data D1-D5 are stored in addresses A1-A5 of a file device 4 of a terminal equipment 2. At the same time, the information showing a history of replacements is stored in a map memory 9. If the next replacement information AD2 is delivered from a center 1 under such conditions, this information is sent to the equipment 2 via a circuit 3 and written to a memory 6 via a reception part 8. The information D1 on an area m1 is read out with the replacement processing of a processing part 10 and compared with the present data D1 on an area a1 of the memory 9. When the coincidence is obtained from this comparison, the data D1 on the area a1 is rewritten to the data D1'. Hereafter each area (m) is processed in the same way and the end of these processes is decided. Then the data of the device 4 are replaced according to the information on the map 9.
