PURPOSE:To discriminate surely an invader from an aperture by providing a window corresponding to an aperture like a window and the peripheral past thereof and detecting the brightness change of the photographing picture of a television camera. CONSTITUTION:When an aperture A like the window and a peripheral part B are photographed and an invader M exists at the outside of a room, a part corresponding to the aperture A is extracted by a window 2a and the brightness change is detected by a means 3a. On the other hand, the brightness change is not recognized at the extracted part of a window 2b and the detecting signal is not generated at a means 3b. Therefore, a means 4 outputs an invasion detecting signal and operates an alarm. Also, when a passenger M' is in the room, the brightness change occurs on the extracted pictures of window 2a and 2b and by both detecting signals of the means 3a and 3b, the invasion detecting signal is not outputted.
