PURPOSE:To decrease processing required for data transmission control for an automobile or the like and to keep sufficient response to the control operation by providing required information for a transmission data generating processing by a microcomputer as a table in advance and applying table retrieval to data transmission processing. CONSTITUTION:A table SCNTBL is stored in a ROM 103, used to know a CIM being an opposite party to transmit data in the next transmission timing and an LCU included it and the address of plural LCU and CIM is written sequentially in the order of transmission. The table CCTBL describes the relation between terminals of the CIM to transmit/receive the data and stored similarly in the ROM 103. The data transmission condition to each of CIM terminals is decided by one to one or OR or AND conditions with plural terminals to terminals, and not modified during the system operation, then the connecting condition among the terminals are stored in a table in advance and the destination terminal for the required data is discriminated immediately to a data input from a terminal through the retrieval of the table only.
