PURPOSE:To restrain surely a camber, after rolling, into a small one by rolling a two-ply clad metallic sheet consisting of a base metal and a cladding metal, and forcibly cooling it immediately after said rolling to reduce the difference of its thermal shrinkage, and straightening it by rolls again. CONSTITUTION:Immediately after rolling a two-ply clad metallic sheet 1 consisting of a base metal and a cladding metal by work rills 10A, the sheet 1 is forcibly cooled by spraying water form front or back spraying headers 12. By lowering the temperature of sheet 1 for reducing the difference of thermal shrinkage due to the difference of linear thermal coefficient of shrinkage till an ordinary temperature, the sheet 1 is rolled again by the rolls 10A under a small drfat. Then the camber of sheet 1 after rerolling is decreased, and there causes practically no hindrances.
