CRAPE PATTERN FORMING METHOD ON SURFACE OF TAPE RUNNING SHAFT

PURPOSE:To reduce a cost by driving rotatively the hard rotary body having crape-shaped pattern on the rotary peripheral face and by performing the surface finish with the press contact of the shaft face to this rotary peripheral face. CONSTITUTION:A hard rotary body 2 is supported and the rotary peripheral face 6 is formed so as to make a crape shape. The rotary body 2 is formed by a resin bonded grindstone. Two pieces of elastic guide rolls 3 are arranged freely rotatably on a press contact arm 4 and the shaft core is made in parallel to the rotary shaft 5. The tape running shaft 1 is inserted between the rotary body 2 and guide roll 3 and subjected to a press contact by the roll 3 to the rotary peripheral face 6 with the state in parallel to the rotary shaft 5. The crape pattern on the rotary peripheral face 6 is thus transferred to the peripheral face of the shaft 1. The tape running shaft 1 causing no slips can be therefore formed inexpensively.
