PURPOSE:To permit to adjust the amount of ventilating air for a plurality of branch ducts simultaneously by a method wherein the pivoting axle at the end of a guide vane, arranged at the end side of a main duct, is provided so as to be coinciding on or parallel to the borderline between the branch ducts and a driving member, protruded to the outside of the main duct, is provided on the other end of the guide vane, describing an arced locus. CONSTITUTION:The guide vane 4, provided in the blow-off port of the main duct 1, is provided with a pivotal axle 5 at one end and with a trochoidally moving rod 8, formed with screw threads at least both ends thereof, protrudingly at the other end thereof while the pivotal axle 5 is provided at the branching section 7 of the branch ducts 2, 3 in the connecting part 6 of the main duct 1 and the branch ducts 2, 3 so as to be coinciding with or parallel to the mutual borderline of the branch ducts 2, 3 and the trochoidally moving rod 8 is positioned at the suction port side of the main duct 1. An arced long holes 9 are formed on the front and rear surfaces of the main duct 1 so as to coincide with the locus of the trochoidally moving rod 8 and the ends of the rod 8 are projected to the outside of the duct through the long holes 9 while the protruded sections 8a are screwed with clamping fitments 10 such as butterfly screws or the like.
