COMPRESSED AIR GENERATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To prevent freezing by disposing a connecting pipe between a housing of an air compressor and an air tank without forming a concaved portion so that no bedwed water stays in the connecting pipe and a treatment against freezing by use of a heat-insulating material and a heater installation are not required. CONSTITUTION:A mounting hole of a pipe connecting coupling 5 on a connecting base 11 equipped with an air tank 3 is formed at an inclined angle greater than the angle of a tapered screw of the pipe connecting coupling 5. Then, a pipe 12 connecting a housing 1 of an air compressor to an air tank 3 is attached to the air tank 3 by the pipe connecting coupling 5 in an inclined state having an angle greater than that of the tapered screwed of the pipe connecting coupling 5 so that the pipe 12 is disposed without forming a concaved portion within it.
