DATA PROCESSOR PERFORMING A DECIMAL MULTIPLY OPERATION USING A READ ONLY MEMORY

The system performs a decimal multiplication operation using the first register for storing a multiplier decimal digit, the second register for storing a multiplicand operand of decimal digits, the third register stores partial products of arithmetic logic units. The multiplier digit and selected multiplecand digits are applied to the address terminals of a read only memory which stores the units and tens product digits.
