PURPOSE:To reduce damage or breakage, readily generated by a pressure upon forming, improve the yield of products and stiffen the products itself by adhering a film to the back surface of an aluminum foil to strengthen it. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum foil 1 is passed between a pair of rollers 9, 10, in which an adhesive is adhered to only the surface of the lower roller 10, to adhere the adhesive 11 to the back surface of the aluminum foil 1. Subsequently, the surface of the aluminum foil 1, to which the adhesive 11 is adhered, is superposed on the surface of the film 12 and they are passed between a pair of pressing rollers 13, 14. Thus, the material 15 for the aluminum foil is formed. Then, a predetermined number of materials 15 for aluminum foils, which are cut so as to have a proper width, are laminated and are punched by a punching press 17 successively to form the aluminum foil case 18.
