PURPOSE:To prevent the unbalance of supercharging pressure in plural turbosuperchargers from occurring, by installing one exhaust bypass control valve in a converging part of each exhaust bypass passage plural turbosuperchargers, while opening or closing this control valve with one actuator alone. CONSTITUTION:The air led out of an air cleaner 4 is pressurized by symmetrical turbosuperchargers 2 and 3 by way of each compressor inlet passage, and inhaled into each cylinder of an engine 1 by a suction manifold 22 by way of symmetrical compressor outlet passages 6. In this case, compressor outlet pressure in these symmetrical compressor outlet passages 6 detects its mean pressure by a mean pressure conduit 8, while it is led into a diaphragm chamber of an actuator 14 and drives an exhaust bypass control valve 15 via a driving shaft 18. At this time, a converging part 17' of each of exhaust by pass passages 13 and 16 is opened to a downstream passage 17 to be interconnected to a turbine outlet passage 11, and since one piece of the said control valve 15 is installed in this opening part, the desired end is attainable in this way. |
