PURPOSE:To realize an effective protection of a wall surface shifting device, by detecting the dropping condition when the wall surface shifting device of a nuclear power plant, for example, happens to drop, activating soft landing equipments such as an air bag and a parachute, and softlanding the wall surface shifting device. CONSTITUTION:At the upper side and the lower side of the main body 1 of the device, air bags 7a to 7c are installed. And pressure gauges 8 are furnished at sticking pats 6. The system is formed so that outputs of the pressure gauges are transmitted through an alteration gate 9 to an air bag operation signal circuit 10, where the dropping condition is detected to activate the air bags 7a to 7c. |
