METHOD FOR SETTING SET WEIGHING AND CHARGING VALUE OF BLAST FURNACE RAW MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To set cycle charges without trouble by using dummy data in addition to ordinary set data. CONSTITUTION:The set weighing and charging value of blast furnace raw material is preliminarily transferred from a host computer 1 to an operation control device 2. The device 2 has the set data file for N=6 charges and the data transmitted thereto are successively stored therein. The device 2 requests subsequently the transmission of the set data of the fresh charge to the computer 1 at every execution of one charge. The set data for always 6 charges are held in the set data file 3. The dummy data for 2 charges are transmitted at every transmission of 4 charges in the computer 1. The set data for 4 charges; n1-n4 are therefore held in the file 3 at all times. The set value of the cycle charges is adequately maintained by the above-mentioned setting method.
