PURPOSE:To prevent the play and falling of an end tip by forming an engaging hole on the tip face of the tip main body and by fitting with heating the end tip to the engaging hole thereof. CONSTITUTION:The tip main body 1 is heated under the inert gas atmosphere and an end tip 2 is fitted in after the tip main body 1 being heated to the prescribed temp. Namely the end tip 2 is fitted in the state of coinciding a guide hole 12 with an inserting hole 3 to the engaging hole 5 of the tip main body 1. The inconvenience of the end tip being fallen with the heating by an arc during the welding work is thus prevented.
