Subsequently, a stamper is made by means of nickel electroforming, and by using it, the groove is transferred to a plastic material such as an acryl resin, etc., and a transparent base substance 25 of an optical memory card is obtained. Next, a recording thin film 26 is formed, and a heat insulating source 27 and a protective layer 28 of an acryl compound cure resin, etc. are formed.
