PURPOSE:To enabl to fit an annular material slidably on a circumferential surface of a shaft of a small diameter shaft part possessing expanded parts on both ends, by a method wherein the annular material is formed afterward on the surface of the shaft part, the whole of which has been manufactured unitarily and formed into the small diameter, through mold processing. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a small diameter shaft part 1 having expanded parts 2 on both ends is manufactured unitarily, the shaft diameter of a part 3 of the small diameter shaft part is made into the same dimensions practically and an annular material 5 fitted over an appropriate position of the part 3, though the position either possesses a little larger shaft diameter 4 or is identical with that of the part 3, is formed shiftably to the other part of the small diameter shaft part. Then the annular material 5 is fitted slidably over a circumferential surface of the shaft of the small diameter shaft part 1 having the expanded parts 2 on both the ends by making the metallic annular material 5 formed on the circumference of the small diameter shaft part 1 having the expanded part 2 on both the ends slidable by moving the same in an axial direction of the part 3 of the small diameter shaft part. With this construction, it is possible to enable to move the annular material 5 slidably over the surface of the shaft part. |
