PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous transmission of communication documents by entering a destination identification code when documents where the address and the caption of each destination are written are generated and comparing the destination identification code with an actual telephone number in case of transmission and transmitting documents only when they coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:A processing part 7 reads out the destination identification code from a buffer part 14 and finds the destination coinciding with the destination identification code out of plural transmission destinations. After finding the destination, the part 7 reads out all picture information from a communication document storage part 10 and encodes it by an encoding/decoding part 8 and transmits it through a line interface part 3. If the destination coinciding with the destination identification code cannot be found, this communication document is not transmitted. The system processing part 7 repeats this operation to transmit communication documents whose number correspond to the number of addressed written on documents where destination identification codes, addresses, and captions are written. |
