<p>PURPOSE:To perform the stable coating of an adhesive while setting the film thickness of the adhesive to a desired one, by providing an injector for supply an adhesive and a partition plate adjustable in up-and-down movement to a detachable rotary grooved ring. CONSTITUTION:A ring 2 rotates to the direction shown by an arrow A and an adhesive 30 is supplied to the groove of the ring 2 from the injection port 4 of an injector 26. At the same time, a partition plate, that is, a squeezee 5 is operated by the rotation of a micrometer and the leading end thereof is moved to a downward direction to adjust the film thickness 28 of the adhesive 30. When the thickness adjusted film is rotated to a forward adhesion position 27, the coating pin 29 of a transfer apparatus is lowered to the direction shown by an arrow G and, when the ring 2 stops rotation, the adhesive 30 is adhered to the coating pin 29 only in the amount of the film thickness 28 and, thereafter, the adhesive 30 is applied to the printed circuit board by the transfer apparatus.</p> |
