摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain Fe base sintered and impregnated material excellent in the resistance to corrosion and abrasion and the compatibility, by infiltrating Cu or its alloy into vacancies of Fe base sintered alloy that contains C, Cr and Mn, and, if necessary, to which Mo, etc. have been added. CONSTITUTION:Cu or its alloy is infiltrated into vacancies of Fe base sintered alloy that has a composition containing 0.5-3.5wt% C, 7-35wt% Cr, and 0.05- 3wt% Mn, and if necessary, 0.5-10% one or both of Mo and W or 0.5-10% one or both of Ni and Co or 0.1-10% one or more of Nb, Ta and Ti, and the balance composed of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and has a rate of vacancy of 10-30vol% so that a sintered and impregnated material is obtained. The said material consists of carbides uniformly dispersed and deposited in the matrix, the matrix of Cr solid solution, Cu or its alloy infiltrated into the vacancies, etc., and has excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasion, and excellent compatibility.
