发明名称 HEAT RECOVERING METHOD FROM CONTAMINATED LIQUID
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent yield of corrosion and scale due to contaminated liquid and to implement efficient heat recovery, by making the contaminated liquid into contact with heat medium gas in a direct heat exchanger, and heating a heat receiving liquid by the heat medium gas, whose temperature is increased. CONSTITUTION:High temperature contaminated liquid is sent to a distributor 11 at the upper part of a direct heat exchanger 10 by a pump 10 and uniformly dropped in the exchanger 10. The liquid is discharged through a liquid outlet 12. A heat medium gas is sucked through a blower 30 and sent into the lower part of the direct heat exchanger 10. The heat is exchanged with the contaminated liquid and the temperature is increased. The heat is imparted to a heat receiving fluid in a direct heat exchange type heat receiver 40 and/or a indirect heat exchange type heat receiver 50. The heat medium air passes the heat receiver 40 from the lower side to the upper side. In the heat receiver 50 the air passes from the upper side to the lower side. Valves Va and Vb and the vales VA and VB are used as switching valves when either the direct heat exchange type heat receiver 40 or the indirect heat exchange type heat receiver 50 is used. Both can be used at the same time.
