PURPOSE:To improve safety, by providing a cap-opening blocking member, which blocks the opening of a cap body when dust is burning, thereby preventing accidents such as fire and the burn of a human body. CONSTITUTION:An engaging hole 9a is provided at the free end part of a cap body 9. The tip part of a cap-opening blocking member 21 comprising a shape memorizing alloy, which is fixed in the vicinity of the upper end part of a cabinet 1, can be engaged with the engaging hole. When dust is burned, the cap-opening blocking member 21 is heated and deformed and engaged with the engaging hole 9a of the cap body 9. Thus the cap body 9 is firmly locked. When the burning is finished, the cap-opening blocking member 21 is cooled and returned, and the cap body 9 can be opened. Therefore, accidents such as fire and the burn of a human body due to the opening of the cap body during the burning can be prevented.
