PURPOSE:To perform excellent flash photography even when a stop reaches it maximum opening extent by emitting flash light after the specific time from when a shutter reaches the maximum aperture to the shutter aperture state becomes stable is elapsed when the stop reaches the maximum aperture extent of the shutter. CONSTITUTION:When F3 at which the stop enters a maximum aperture state is selected on a camera which has a shutter used even as a stop, the shutter makes a large bound and its stop is unstable, so a strobe is so controlled as to emit flash light when the aperture extent becomes stable. Namely, the flash light is emitted at time t5 which is further a time alpha after time t4 when time T4 when F3 is obtained logically is elapsed. This time alpha is the time when the bound of the shutter is ceased and the opening extent is maximum and stable.
