PURPOSE:To fix an optical member to a holding frame without any strain by providing a gap between the optical member and holding frame, and charging a filler of resin which has elasticity even after curing in part of the gap and fixing the optical member elastically. CONSTITUTION:A lens 12 is fitted in the fitting part 11b of the holding frame 11 and a lens pressure ring 13 is screwed into the holding frame 11 to bring the lens 12 into gentle contact with a lens receiving part 11c. In this state, the filler 15 which has proper elastic force after curing is charged in the gap 14 formed between the outer peripheral surface of the lens 12 and the inner peripheral surface of the holding frame 11. Plural through holes 16 are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the holding frame 11 at equal intervals so as to communicate with the gap part 14, so the internal air is discharged during the injection of the filler, so the filler is charged uniformly. Further, the filler 15 cures after the lens 12 is pressed gently, so the lens 12 is never strained with pressure.
