PURPOSE:To lay out and set up accurately and easily a die bolt position corresponding to a profile of a thickness gauge on the profile through necessary minimum information in relation to control of the profile, by leading out necessary logical algorism in corresponding relation between a measured pitch of a sheet thickness and a preset pitch of the die bolt. CONSTITUTION:A neck-in quantity of sheet is measured by reciprocating a measuring head of a thickness gauge in a widthward direction of a plastic sheet to the plastic sheet to which extrusion molding is performed continuously, an influential part of the neck-in such as the sheet is set up, a mutual relation of a pitch between die bolts provided on a mold of an extrusion molding machine in the influential part of the neck-in is calculated and then the layout and setting of a die bolt position corresponding to a measured profile data based on the thickness gauge is performed. It is set up so that a relation between the pitch pi between the necessary die bolts in the influential part of the neck-in such as the sheet obtained through the extrusion molding and a pitch ai on the sheet in a measured position of the thickness of the sheet corresponding to the pitch pi is obtained from general expression (l). |
