PURPOSE:To prevent latchup by connecting each end of power wires in a loop so as to decrease a high voltage caused by a surge wave. CONSTITUTION:A connection wire 9 where ends 6a, 6b of power wires 6 are connected in a loop is provided. If a surge is invaded from a power input pad 3, the surge enters an internal circuit 2 through a power wires 5, 6 and reaches the connection wire 9 formed a closed loop via the ends 6a, 6b. The surge wave is reflected at the connection wire 9. the surge passing through the ends 6a, 6b is weakened by the wiring resistance of the connection wire 9 and its peak voltage is lowered. Thus, latchup phenomenon is prevented.
