PURPOSE:To increase efficiency by installing a bypass pipeline having a recycling fan line and a control valve, and a differential pressure gauge line to control recycling flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A recycle pipeline 14 which recycles reaction gas from an outlet to an inlet is installed in a fuel electrode 11A or an oxidizing agent electrode 11B of a fuel cell in a fuel cell power generating plant. A fuel recycling fan 15, a pipeline 26 which is bypassed from the suction side of the fan to its discharge side and has a pressure control valve 27, and a differential pressure gauge 28A which detects differential pressure are installed in the recycling line. The control valve 27 is controlled in response to a differential signal of a detected signal in the differential pressure gauge 28A and a setting signal. Therefore, usable fuel gas or oxygen can be recycled and in addition cell voltage can adequately be controlled. |
