摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To assign a tool to a corresponding machine tool and obtain its high rate of operation, by assigning the (i)th tool of machining programs numbering (n), obtained in the order of number of tools for use in every work, to the (i)th machine tool thereafter assembling the tool, except a common tool, in a group of the maximum number of tools for use in a different program. CONSTITUTION:The method inputs a machining program number, tool for use, machining time, machining quantity and a residual time till the delivery date, used in every work, from a keyboard KB in a central control system 101. And when a set of machining centers 102a-102n numbers (n), a processor CPU in the system 101, obtaining machining programs numbering (n) successively in the order of large number of tools for use, serves as a nucleus of the (i)th tool group mounting the all tools, used in the (i)th machining program, to the (i)th machining center 102i. Next the system 101, obtaining a tool group containing a maximum number of tools for use in a machining program separately from that numbering (n) while assembling a tool except a common tool and performing a similar process also for each remaining machining program, assigns the all tools to each machining center, in every machining program unit, to reduce mounting and removal of the tool.</p>
