PURPOSE:To provide the forming of ultraviolet-cured FRP, in which no crosswise slippage and the like generates, by a method wherein firstly the end parts are cured and, after the cured end parts are being held, uncured portion is shaped and cured. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, the end parts of a forming sheet 1 fed are irradiated with ultraviolet light by ultraviolet-light irradiation lamps 5a and 5b in a pair of ultraviolet-light irradiation boxes 4a and 4b which are arranged in the feeding passage of the forming sheet 1 so as to cover both the end parts of the forming sheet 1, in order to be quickly cured. Secondly, the forming sheet 1, the cured end parts 1a and 1b of which are held with clamps 6a and 6b, is transferred to a shaping process 7 so as to be formed in the inverted U-shape by means of a plurality of rolls 8 and sent out to a curing process 9, during which the forming sheet 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet light by ultraviolet-light irradiation lamps 10. The forming sheet 1 is cured by being irradiated with ultraviolet light passing among respective shaping rolls 8' so as to be sent out in the form of a molded part 1' such as gutter at the eaves or the like. Because the end part is cured, no flowing-out of resin occurs and crosswise slippage can be eliminated. |
