发明名称 ANTIREFLECTION FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an antireflection film having an excellent antireflection characteristic and high adhesiveness and various durabilities by using a colloidal dispersion of pulverous serium oxide particles dispersed in water or other solvents as a coating liquid for forming a thin film having the refractive index higher than the refractive index of a transparent base material. CONSTITUTION:The antireflection film consisting of three layers of the thin films; (a), (b), (c) from the transparent base material toward the atm. side on at least part of the base material. The three layers have the following optical characteristics: The layer (a) satisfies the conditions expressed by the equation I, the layer (b) the conditions expressed by the equation II and the layer (c) the conditions expressed by the equation III (where na-nc denote the refractive indices of the layers (a), (b), (c), da-dc denote the film thicknesses (in nm) of the layers (a), (b), (c), m denotes a positive integer, l, n denote odd positive integers, lambda2-lambda3 respectively independently denote the wavelengths (in nm) of visible regions, na > (the refractive index of the base material). The thin films of the layers (a), (b), (c) are obtd. by coating the respective materials in the form of liquid on the base material and curing the coatings by heating, drying or active energy rays. The essential component of the liquid compsn. for forming the layers (a), (b) is obtd. by the colloidal dispersion of the pulverous serium oxide particles dispersed in water or other solvents.
