摘要 PURPOSE:A material for sliding parts having low friction, stable coefficient of friction, improved rigidity, heat resistance, etc., obtained by blending a nylon as a base material with a high-molecular weight polyethylene and a low- molecular weight polyethylene as organic fillers and glass fibers as an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:A mixture comprising (A) <=40wt%, preferably 15-20wt% high-molecular weight polyethylene having >=10,000 molecular weight, (B) 3-15wt%, preferably 5-10wt% low-molecular weight polyethylene having 1,000-6,000 molecular weight, (C) 10-30wt%, preferably 15-25wt% glass fibers and the rest of a nylon (e.g., nylon 66, nylon 610, etc.,) is kneaded, to give a material for sliding parts suitable for sliding parts such as lip parts of oil seal, bushing, seal ring, etc.
