PURPOSE:To eliminate such a trouble that an image forming device is stopped by noise due to discharge from a sleeve, thunderbolt and malfunctions by substantially setting a container containing a developer and a conductive member in said container to the same potential. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a wiring 16 linking a developer layer thickness regulating member 8 and upper and lower cases 2a and 2b to a bias power source 11 and a wiring 17 linking a sleeve 6, a developer scraper member 10 and an agitating member 5 to the bias power source 11. Variable resistances R1 and R2 make fine adjustment of a voltage impressed on said each conductive member as necessary. Since the device is so constituted that therein the developer container, the developer agitating member 5, the developer thickness regulating member 8 and the developer scraper member 10 and the sleeve 6, all of which are of conductive members, are substantially set to the same potential, and therefore the discharge and thunderbolt between the sleeves 6 can be prevented. Accordingly the stopage and malfunction of the image forming device can be avoided. |
