Two rings or hooks (5,7) are coupled via a linking assembly (3). The assembly consists of two parallel plates (9,11) which are separated by spacers (13,15). One spacer (13) has a shoulder in the suspension axis of one ring (5) while the other spacer permits clamping of the plates by a nut (19) and bolt (17). - Supports (21,23) on whose ends (27,29) the force sensor (25) is mounted are welded to the plate. The upper suspending ring or hook is coupled to the linking assembly via the force sensor. Openings (31,32) in the plates allow the sensor to be removed when its bolts are released from the supports. This allows it to be replaced.
