PURPOSE:To raise the reliability of a concrete structure with respect to integrality by a method in which a formwork is fixed to a base float, water in the surrounding plates is discharged while keeping the water tightness of both the formwork and the float, and a dry working space is formed in the surrounding plates. CONSTITUTION:A base float 1 is floated on the sea, one ends of upper trucks 2 are fixed, and the other end sides are extended from both ends of the float 1. A formwork 3 is fixed to the float 1, and air is sent under pressure into an expandible water-stop packing 5 to keep water tightness between the float 1 and the formwork 3. Under the condition that the water tightness of the surrounding plates 4 is kept, water in the plates 4 is discharged to form a dry working space 6 in a repeating manner. The needs for making allowance for excess design loads for transportation, etc., can be eliminated, and therefore, necessary facilities can be greatly simplified.
