PURPOSE:The titled plaster that is obtained by impregnating a carrier of porous fine particles with anti-inflammatory analgesics. CONSTITUTION:A carrier of fine spherical or amorphous porous particles of 300-900mu diameter such as a powdered plastic such as polyamide, polyethylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride or teflon is impregnated with a drug such as methyl salicylate, L-menthol, dl-camphor, maleic chlorphenylamine, vitamine-E acetic acid ester in an amount of 1-30wt%, preferably 3-15wt% to give an anti- inflammatory analgesic plaster which develops perfect anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, for hours. EFFECT:Since the drug is gradually released through fine pores, too much drug is not released in a short time immediately after application, and the application time can be reduced. Further, the plaster is untacky and readily releasable from the skin, after application.
