PURPOSE:To facilitate deep hole drilling of more than ten times over a diameter of a minute hole of 100-300mum in bore, by installing a storage tank for electric discharge machining fluid and a pressurizing device in a spindle tube, and discharging swarf in a way of spraying the fluid from a tubular electrode being interconnected to the storage tank. CONSTITUTION:When a internal thread 30 is turned, a lever 27 goes down, a pressurizer 24 is moved downward against a spring 26, volume in a storage space of a machining fluid 23 in a spindle tube 22 is reduced, the fluid 23 is pressurized whereby it is discharged out of a tip 31 of a tubular electrode 21. For example, in case of machining a hole of 100mum, if an inner diameter of the electrode 21 is set to 50mum and an inner diameter of the spindle tube 22 to 4mm, respectively, a level drop comes to about 0.5mm at one hole machining, thus the storage fluid 23 is sufficiently commensarable. On the other hand, the spindle tube 22 comes into contact with a V-shaped surface of a ceramic block pair at its outer diameter, and rotated by a belt via the pulley installed on the circumference, while the whole body of a spindle mechanism is formed into a small size, whereby floating capacity in a discharge circuit is not increased so that minute energy discharge is realizable, thus finishing accuracy is excellent enough.
