PURPOSE:To obtain the clad material of laminating structure which is well joined by passing through a rolling mill in the state of inserting the inner layer member which becomes the intermediate layer of the clad material in the hollow shell part of the outer layer member formed cylindrically, thereafter by removing the side plate of the outer layer member with its cutting. CONSTITUTION:The outer layer member 15 is formed by linking mutually the upper and lower plate member 11, 12 composed of a metal A and the inner layer member 16 composed of a metal B is inserted into the hollow shell part 13 of the member 15. The member 15 and member 16 are then passed through the necessary stage of a hot rolling or warm rolling with their integration, after performing a cold rolling slightly so than the member 16 is closely fitted to the member 15. After completion of the rolling stage the clad material 4 of laminating structure is obtd. by cutting and removing the side plate part 14 of the member 15 and the front and rear edge parts 18. In this way the clad material combined surely and strongly can be manufactured. |
