PURPOSE:To reinforce a relation of an input data and a guidance, and to utilize effectively a program buffer by registering a control program, the guidance and a fixed inserting data in one program buffer, and discriminating and processing them, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A data which has been inputted from a keyboard 1 is controlled by a control program which has been stored in a control program buffer 6. As for a part of a fixed inserting data 12, by a special symbol' which has been put to the head of a field, it is inputted as an input data to a data buffer 5, and simultaneously, displayed on a CRT 9. Also, as for a part of a control program 13 to the input data, a control of a format, etc. to a regular input data is executed, it is inputted as an input data 14 to the data buffer 5, and simultaneously, displayed on the CRT 9. At the same time, the contents of the data buffer 5 are outputted to an FD medium 10. Accordingly, it will suffice that length of the buffer is short by a portion of an idle area 15 against the control program.
